Radek Swiderski, (owner and principal), grew up in Poland, before moving to Toronto at age 12. From mixing concrete from scratch, brick-work, framing and metal and machine work on the family farm growing up, to working with his Dad on commercial construction projects around the GTA throughout high school, Radek has been involved with building since he was old enough to hold a tool. Following a degree in English Literature at U of T, he decided to start his own renovation business and has been renovating and restoring Toronto and area homes for almost twenty years.

Four Corners Construction is an above living wage employer, with a strong focus on building science education and a passion for the history of building materials and methods, their responsible application today, and their future evolution. The FCC team also works hard on reclamation and re-using of many building materials, without compromising the quality of the finished project, crafting home upgrades with the smallest environmental impact possible.
